EPA Is FDA Is FEMA Is…
So the EPA office region 7 put out a press release yesterday about how we all need to wear sunscreen. The press release was titled “EPA News Release (Region 7): Skin Cancer Common But Preventable For Those Who Work or Play Outdoors.” I guess the EPA has the same regions as DHS/FEMA and they care about our skin as much as the FDA does/should? (Nevermind the fact that many commercial sunscreens have been shown to actually cause free radical damage because of all the chemicals in them and what happens when UV light comes in contact with those chemicals…and the FDA has known these photocarcinogenic issues for years, even did their own study on it, but the agency has still failed to warn any of us about it. Avoid the ones with retinol/retinyl palmitate and oxybenzone, FYI. Here’s a safe list.)
But hey, it’s the government. It loves you. All of it. Every boundary blurring, shape-shifting, hive mind piece of it.

Today’s Infowars.com story “Leaked U.S. Army Document Outlines Plan For Re-Education Camps In America” sparked controversy and many people were quick to try to disprove the document’s validity or argue that it is not meant for US citizens. The US Army field manual 3-39.40 - Internment and Resettlement Operations outlines internment plans for “political activists” who would be “pacified” by “PSYOP Officers” to “appreciate US policies.”
After looking through it myself, I can assure you there is no “Get out of FEMA Camp Free” card for the American people anywhere in this official 300+ page military document. Don’t take my word for it, however; go to Infowars.com and read it for yourself (link below).

Infowars has discovered new FEMA documents that confirm information received from DoD sources that show military involvement in a FEMA-led takeover within the United States under partially-classified Continuity of Government (COG) plans. It involves not only operations for the relocation of COG personnel and key officials, population management, emergency communications and alerts but the designation of the American people as ‘enemies’ under a live military tracking system known as Blue Force Situational Awareness (BFSA).
Further, this Nov. 18, 2011 FEMA-released plan National Continuity Programs (NCP) Program and Mission Support Services (PAMSS) [PDF] linked at the FedBizOpps.gov website outlines a scenario that overlays with eerie accuracy the bigger picture sketched out by concurrent calls for troops to keep order in the streets of places like New Orleans, as well as other bombshell documents like those released from KBR seeking to activate contracted staff for emergency detention centers and for services like fencing and barricades, as well as numerous agencies and think tanks who’ve prepared for civil unrest and economic breakdown in America.
Detention Camp Order Follows Preparations For Civil Unrest
The revelation that Halliburton subsidiary KBR is seeking sub-contractors to staff and outfit “emergency environment” camps located in five regions of the United States follows preparations over the last three years to deal with riots inside the United States that have already spread throughout Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.
As Infowars reported last night, a document sent to us by a state government employee confirms that Kellogg Brown & Root Services are looking to activate camps built for FEMA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers across the United States.
This follows the Senate’s passage of Section 1031 of the National Defense Authorization Act which allows American citizens to be snatched off the street and held in detention camps without trial.
Total surveillance: SMART grid, SMART homes, SMART healthcare and a camera on every corner
Still under the misapprehension that we actually have a dichotomous political system in this country instead of one big puppet following a global agenda? Hm. Interesting. Would you like to buy a bridge?
Here is our chronology:
- 2003—Bush2 enacts EO13335 electronic medical records to begin the data collection on all US citizens to be fully functional by 2014.
- 2004—SMART Grid is in planning stages
- 2005–Security & Prosperity Partnership signed by Bush 2, calling for SMART grid to cover Canada, the US and Mexico.
- 2005—REAL ID signed into law. The system will rely on digital information data gathering, storage and sharing transmissions and is still being pushed by HSD.
- 2005—TSA Secure Flight imposed by HSD. Digital passports. Includes biometric markers, iris scans, finger prints and real time comparison through newly developing digital systems.
- 2007–Smart Grid Title (Title XIII) of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 Title X111 is the SMART GRID surveillance plan.
- 2008—Economic Stabilization Act—-A Corporate funding bill to begin the full scale roll out of SMART meters and necessary digital technology. Also shifted tax liabilities from energy corporations to ratepayers (taxpayers).
- 2008—Stimulus Package—Billions more in corporate funding and subsidies for SMART meters and SMART technology/net metering/monitoring. Projected date for full implementation is 2012, or 2014 at the latest.
- 2009—The conversion to all digital communications to facilitate the monitoring of all surveillance, communications, healthcare, personal identity, and surveillance programs and systems.
- 2010—Obamacare passes and is signed into law. A breach of the Constitution. Calls for RFID chips/nanotechnology to be inserted into implantable medical devices. Relies on HEALTH CARE SMART grid for collection, storage and dissemination of private health records to interested stakeholders. To be fully operational by 2014.
- 2010—-S:510 The fake food safety bill passes with one unanimous vote by “Dirty Harry” Reid (D)NV. The bill calls for the eventual chipping and tracking of all livestock, domestic food shipments, packaging, and other material so that everything produced can be tracked from farm to fork with a heavy emphasis on targeting independent and family AG operations in order to render them unviable; the surveillance to be facilitated by a sector of the SMART grid digital system.
This is by far, not all that has come out of CRAPital Hill concerning the attempts to track and identify, to harass and intimidate each one of us. But what is apparent in this short chronology is that every attempt is being made by Republicans and Democrats alike to establish a total surveillance society wherein the government controls what we eat, what we do in our homes and businesses, what kind of healthcare we can receive, where we go and what we do while we are there, all financial transactions, all travel information, and even the air we breathe; all tracked and recorded.
The SMART Grid in all its incarnations is the embodiment of “big brother”: the total police state.
Upcoming FEMA EAS “Test”: If It’s a Test, Why Can’t They Just Say So?
According to a YouTube video by Dutchsinse (link below), there is something missing from the dialogue programmed for the upcoming EAS test broadcast. The words “This is a test” are conspicuously absent from next week’s official national emergency alert system test text crawl. If this is truly nothing more than an emergency alert system test, why can’t they implicitly say so as they do in every other EAS test that’s ever been done since the history of EAS tests?
As the text they have programmed does not indicate the supposed test is, in fact, a test, this means it will be the individual station’s responsibility to inform their viewers/listeners. What about deaf or elderly people who rely on closed captioning? Will they realize it is only a test? Will all stations realize they have to tell people it’s a test??
In addition to this disturbing fact, two other events are taking place on November 9th. First, the asteroid YU-55 will be passing between earth and the moon that day. Second, Exercise Pacific Wave 11 will *also* be happening on November 9th. Busy day, that one. Meanwhile, Richard Hoagland has come forth to say that he believes YU-55 might actually strike the moon and therefore the “test” is really there just in case there is a real, actual emergency that day (link below). Hoagland, a former NASA consultant, has spent over a decade-and-a-half leading an independent team in space analysis research for which he was awarded the International Angstrom Medal for Excellence in Science by the Angstrom Foundation, in Stockholm, Sweden. (Basically, Hoagland knows his stuff and isn’t just some dude making a guess on this.)
Please be alert. This could all just be a ton of coincidences, but you know what the law of averages says about that…
